Power distribution box issue

Can someone please tell me what goes where the wire is it didn't come with an owner's manual and the internet is not that much help thanks in advance

Looks like a slot for a fuse that has been jumped. There may be a downwire fuse, but maybe not. I'd remove the jumper until you can figure out what it controls and if there is a fuse. Otherwise, it could be dangerous, as in could start a fire.

If this is YJ

That is a jumper F9 to F 10. But on the power side. ABS power and ABS pump. That wire is not fuse link it is jumping power.
