Rubicon locker switch Help?

Hey guys, Has anyone or Do you know anyone who has removed a locker switch? I bought a repair/parts cd and it doesn't show exactly how to do it. I can get all the other switches out, but this one is bigger than the rest.The cd gives a part number for a "Trim stick" but can't find one any where. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Trying to be able to lock them in 4HI??? I think someone posted a link to a "how to" fix for that, but it was a long time ago.

If I had a Rubi, that would be #1 on my "to do" list

Thanks, Yes I have come up with a better way of doing the locker bypass, But It involves removing the old switch.
