i read somewhere mybe even on here that if you take one of those hand help torchs that if you run it with the gas on (flame out) over your lines that you could find leaks any one know if this works?[addsig]

Yup it sucks the LP in and revs up the engin when you find it. But be careful doing this as not to build up fumes and then hit a spark. tug[addsig]

aceteline is an oxidizer and when sucked into your intake will increase your rpm's slightly indicating a vacuum leak.

not a job for plasma[addsig]

Get a small and cheap LP bottle like what plumbers use to sweat fittings, the run it around vacuum lines and the intake manifold with the gas on and flame off. The engine will idle up when you're near a vacuum leak.[addsig]
