Wheel offset

I am going to buy some Cragar 397 wheels with 33/12.50/15 tires on them. What offset should I get the wheels in? The wheels will be 15x8.

Also, are YJ lugs 5x4.5, 5x5.0, or 5x5.5?

5 on 4.5

stock b.s. is 5.25", so if you were to get 4.25" backspacing, it would make for a 2" wider stance (just an example).

Starter??

Yeah you'll be ok with those. They will probably stick out past the flares a bit (1 1/4" out further than the factory wheels), which I'm not a big fan of, but I think the majority of folks like the wider stance. You shouldn't have issues with the tires rubbing the leaf springs with those. I think many lift kits recommend 3.5" but I think that's a bit much.

The ones I got for my XJ are 5" b.s. but I'm looking for a set of stock control arms from a grand cherokee to help avoid rubbing for those, and I'll probably go with 4.5" b.s. for the YJ but that's a long way down the road at this point :|

If you ordered from Qtec, all thier wheels are backspaced for big tire's....at least 33's. I got those same wheels for my tj, install is tommorow or wednesday.

They offer several different backspacing choices. I ordered mine from them with 5" bs on a 16x8.
