17 and broke = painting mirrors instead of buying the nice chrome ones i see any ways i know i must sand/prim/and paint but anyone know what # paper/kind of prim/and paint thanks fellas/ladies

if its just plastic then a good scuff with scotch brite pads will work for the primer (just clean them REALLY well) then any prime will work and as for paint - depends on the color.... if its for plastic mirrors make sure the primer/paint is made for that (plastic flexes more than steel...) prob. not much help but i try....
