Just curious if putting 35's on my jeep with this gearing
(3.73's) combo would be pushing it, i have the 4.0 but not sure if it would be a dog and be very hard to get up to speed, i have 33's now and its runs great, pushes them just fine. I have a 4" lift and soon will have a 1.25 BL and a 1" mml so clearance is not an issue.. thanks in advance,

also will 35's be alot more wear on the transmission and motor compared to the 33's i have now?

Do you have the automatic? I don't think you will notice much difference over the 33" tires, just a small amount on acceleration and top end.

I do have a dana 35. Well with all this in mind, looks like a SYE is in the near future as well as a drive shaft. and it looks like 33's are here to stay, atleast until i can regear.. does anyone make a tire that is a oversized 33, almost 34" tire or something along them lines??

I would do a SYE and something about the D35 before you put 35" tires on there. and if you do put 35's on, and is street driven caily, keep it open, it will prolong the inevitable.

I've seen first hand 3 Dana 35's broken on the trail.
Throw the your Dana 35 away!
