Squealing belt on my TJ

I've noticed that If I press hard on the gas pedal I'll get a squealing belt sound from my TJ. It's gone on for a couple of months now, and only happens when I really give it the beans. There is a good chance that it's the factory original belt from 2005 (160k miles).

Is this likely a belt problem, or should I look into changing the belt tensioner as well?

Rockauto is leading me to believe that I should do the tensioner as well

Sure that’s not your wallet screaming?

Id change belt, tensioner and idler pulley

They use a <3 to indicate popular purchase. They used another mark for OEM equipment. Cant recall.

just finished replacing the belt, idler and tensioner. Super easy.
The hardest part was remembering how to put the belt back.
