    Help Please! Overheating!!

Replace the radiator with a factory one. My experience most aftermarket radiators decrease the cooling ability. Cherokees cooling system seems to be very temperamental.

There should be a data tag attached to the diff cover. It will tell you all about what's in ur axle . If its not there its been opened before and the tag wasn't put back on. It's about 3 -4 inches long half and inch wide and paper thin piece of metal with a series of numbers and letters stamped...

    1996 JGC limited

Okay.. yeah there's a lot of different lift info. On my brothers 97 zj it had 31 bfgs with only a spacer lift of about 3 inches in the front and the rear springs had my old coils from my xj . They only really rubbed when turning sharp but it was never really offroaded . 32s should fit on...

    long arm bushings

Not sure they make a nudging out of a stiffer material that fits. Most bushings inserts are specific to the casing so to change it you would have to replace the caseibg which I assume is welded on. If its an oem style bushing someone may make a stiffer one but in my experience its not needed and...

    Dana 35 limited slip?

Also, I assumed it was open because before I was able to spin on axle one way and the other would turn the oposite way. I cleaned it all with a solvent and now they stick so hard me and a buddy can't turn them opposite no matter how hard we try. The gear oil that came out was red instead of...

So o tore into my axle today I'm pretty sure is a Dana 35 I got to work cleaning up the gears and stuff before I pulled it out because I'm changing to 4.10 gears and a lunchbox locker. bump steer not the tolerable type

I would put my money on caster. The more it leans back the more stable it becomes at speed. But too much and it messes other stuff up.

bump steer not the tolerable type

For caster Look at ur ball joints for your steering knuckles. The top one should be back a bit from the lower. If you were to draw a line through the center of each it should be something like 8 degrees off verticle. Or make sure the spring mounts are horizontal. It would be the reason your...

bump steer not the tolerable type

Make sure your caster is right. Mine wasn't right after I installed a 5.5 long ARM and it pulled left and right driving highway until I fixed it. Also, get a professional alignment. I've done driveway alignments but its never quite as good as the professional one and it makes a difference. Third...
