98 TJ Running Lean

Ign timing is 15 deg BTDC. Seems high to me. Fuel press is 48 psi at idle. Plugs, wires, cap, & rotor brand new. Plugs are snow white. Sometimes car is hard to start when cold and has slight sputter. Anyone with similar prob?

Does the check engine light come on?

Timing is computed controlled. It's possible you've got a bad sensor or a vacuum leak causing the lean condition.
