I hope everyone has heard the saying: "A dumb question is one not asked" so here it is.

Jeep Suspension Lift Kits

Is this 6" kit a short arm kit or would it be considered a long arm? I noticed in the information listing it says 100% bolt on, but I know that in general long arm kits have to have some cutting and welding to be installed.

I know I would need a SYE and new driveshaft, but other than that, do you think it would be worth the extra $100 for 2" more lift? I like this lift and the price, based on other's I've seen, but that's not saying much coming from me. :?| Any and All advice is Very Appreciated! Thanks and Take Care!

Do you need the extra 2"? That's way up there for general trail use.

I side with the saying "Go Big or Go Home". I'm just still trying to think on what I need to do when the time comes for the upgrade. I've been tossing up the 4" and now since I found that 6" it is in the mix. Do you think it would be a little too much lift for 33 X 12.50's? It will be General use, but I would like to take on anything I come across as far as the trail goes. :purple:

I wouldn't go above 4" for 33" tires, any extra just raises your center of gravity unnecessarily and increases your chance of flopping or rolling. Sure it looks cool, but you want the center of gravity as low as possible if you're wanting it to be capable offroad.
