I was thinking of seeing if I can remove the current pin and then replace it with a grade 8 bolt with a smooth collar of some kind that will rotate instead of having the metal slide against itself. Also placing a lock nut on the end to keep the actuator from slipping off. Sound like it would work?

I was under my dash bypassing the clutch lockout on for the ignition and I noticed the pin coming off of the clutch pedal that pushes the plunger on the hydraulic system was worn about half way through. It looks like there used to be a plastic or rubber piece that was on it at one point but...

It is removing one of the pins on the stock relay so that the fog lights stay on when you turn on your high beams.

Well it was a ground issue..... The jeep used to live in chicago so I am still finding rust in places I would not think I would find it. Damn salt on the roads lol. Turns out that the bolt holes for the tail lights had so much rust in them that it was preventing a good ground connection. I...

I did pull out all of the bulbs in the back and made sure the connectors were clean and that there was nothing in the sockets that might cause a bridge. I will see if I can pull apart my dash tonight. I will give an update once I get that done. Thanks man.

Look up a company called SpeedPro. They do full wraps like that and they can do just about any kind of design you want. They can aslo do the see thru kind for over the windows too.

I am sure I am far from the only person that hates dealing with RTV. I was wondering if anyone here has ever used the lubelockers gaskets and if so what do you think? I have looked on a few other 4x4 forums and people seem to love em. I was planning on ordering them for both of my diffs.

Sorry I was dead tired when I made that last post. I am talking about the PDC under the hood. The inside of the cap has a diagram that says what the relays are but not the fuses.
