    TeXaS?????

1064636 Hopefully a future Jeep owner in SE Houston. (Pondering a CJ7 for a future Hemi upgrade.) Not for rock crawling, just for fun/conversion! [addsig]

    Early Hemi in a Jeep?

1063558 Have you done any measurements to verify there is room between the fenders w/o using heavy surgery? I believe the transmission adapter should not be any problem. Actual "fitting" of a Hemi between the wells was my curiousity. I do not have a Jeep or a Hemi yet, but I was curious if...

    Rear Seats and Hard Tops

1063813 I have found a number of pictures of CJ7s that I can see a back seat. But have yet to see one on a CJ5. Granted, I have not had great results in finding interior shots of either models. :) [addsig]

    Early Hemi in a Jeep?

1063815 I am told that the 331-392 series of early Hemis are about the same "width" as a SBC w/ headers. Since headers on the Hemi aim down, they make up for the headers that aim out on the SBC, thus giving an overall similar width. (Or so I am told.) Although that does nothing to say about...

    Early Hemi in a Jeep?

1063837 Sweet, so it has been done. Excellent info. You are just adding more fuel to my fire! :) edited by: thehemi, Apr 10, 2003 - 03:39 PM[addsig]

What's a Jeep worth these days?

1064254 People with no jobs cannot buy too many things! Between the collapse of the internet bubble, the digging up of all the corporate scandals, and the current war, the economy is suffering. I am not going to blame current (or prior) administrations, but hopefully the economy will pick back...

2.5 vs. 4.0, sorry i am new to offroading

1064285 Edmunds tells me 15/18 (6-cyl) and 19/20 (4-cyl). Why is the highway mileage with the 4-cyl so low? (This is for the 2003 Jeep Wrangler's 4.0 and 2.4.) [addsig]

    jeeep specs

1064968 Even the Mustang GTs are not all that impressive. (The '03 Cobra is finally a 'Stang with some balls.) I would place the V6 Mustang over the Cherokee. Although it is sad if a V6 Mustang owner is going to resort to winning armchair raises against Jeeps to boost his little ego! [addsig]

Gas Milage of Jeep Wrangler 1995

1064971 Are you sure you are using the right formula? And the numbers (fuel and miles) were valid? [addsig]

    My dads the best!!!

1065264 When I was 16, all I had was an '83 Ford Ranger! 10 years later, I am finally about ready to look at getting a Jeep project. And for a Hemi transplant. Good luck, Sully. And drive carefully! [addsig]

    jeeep specs

1065265 My buddy had an '85 Z28 (305 TPI and Auto). We all thought it was sweet, until one day he got whipped by a Taurus SHO. A 4-door! :-) (He sold the Z28 for a first gen Taurus SHO.) I love the LT1 and the 3.8T. Sweet motors. [addsig]

    Would like some trusted opinions!

1066142 Get through school and minimize your debt load. Personally, that is what I would do. Debt is bad. edited by: thehemi, Apr 28, 2003 - 05:59 PM[addsig]

    New Browser that blocks pop-ups

1066433 Netscape 7.0 does a great job of blocking pop-up ads. I have not witnessed a pop-up ad in many weeks now! I believe that Opera 6.0 blocks the pop-up ads, too. With Netscape 7.0 you can block every single pop-up. And you have the ability to "exclude" sites from being blocked in case...

    CJ7 Transmissions

1066595 Excellent, thanks for the transmission information. Now, I believe the CJ7 years spanned I4s, V6s, I6s and V8s as engine options. Did all of the engine choices come w/ either transmission? edited by: thehemi, May 02, 2003 - 07:20 PM[addsig]
