Hi. My jeep has a Dana 30 and AMC 20. I mud bog with my jeep and want to some how be able to lengthen my wheel space to be the same as the others. Has anyone run into this problem with out changing the Diffs. Also what can my CJ-7 be able to run without a lots of head aches? Thks

Hi. What kind of Air filters are you using? I have a 14"X3" K&N filter with a rain sock on it and Im getting water and mud in to the carb on my last outing! Has anyone else have this problem with K&N? Or should I be using some thing different. Thks

I did some on the Dana 44. They also have there strong and weak points too. Some say after market Dana 30 axles are stronger than the Dana 44

I too have the same problem. I have tried new seals/axles it just still wants to leak alittle.

Yes it happened 1 off road and the ofter time in a mud bog. I have a stock 350 engine with a Th400 trany the Dana 30 has a detroit true trac in it. It has Broke 3/4 of the length towards the transfer case side. Never had a u-joint problem.

I have a 80 CJ-7 with a 350 engine and a turbo 400 Transmission. It has a Dana 30 front axles. And I have Brocken 2 drive shafts now!! Has anyone had problems with this site up. There is not much room between the transmission pan and drive shaft, for a bigger one. Thks
