Anyone have any great info on this transplant or swap, the 2.4 4 popper i have now is getting up there in the miles, but does run pretty good for what it is, but with the way the little 2.4 pulls a hill with only 31's and 4.11's, im not real impressed with it. Yeah youtube's got loads of video of the 5.3 vortec transplants which is the route i want to take with my tj.
I realise i could just trade the jeep off for the 4.0 tj, but for only 40 more hp and the fact that it cost me over 20G's for the one i've got, i'd like to venture into some more muscle under the hood instead. :idea:
