i am having problem with my clutch master cylinder and i cant get a seal kit for the year i have i think they stopped making them after 95. so i bought a new master cylinder for $20 at carquest. and when i looked in under my jeep before i started to change it i noticed that the bleed screw in my slave cylinder was twisted off from previous owner. so i bought a new slave cylinder as well.. my question is do i have to take out my transmission to change my slave cylinder?? i think for the year i have all i do is unscrew it form my transmission, i hope i am right.

All you should have to do is remove the two bolts that hold the slave to the bellhousing and it comes right out. If you're reusing the line, you'll have to drive out the two roll pins, one on the master and one on the slave. Be careful tho, cuz everything is plastic.
