AC Switch question

Hey guys, on my 2004 Jeep Wrangler Sahara, my AC works great. It blows ice cold. (Needed in Florida!) The problem I have is that it won't blow on the lowest speed setting. All other speeds work great. It gets so cold, that I need to have the lower speed and can't use it. Is this common? Do I need to buy a whole complete AC swith panel? or could it be something else? Thanks for any input!

Check your blower motor resistor pack. It's located in the heater box and can be removed from under the dash. You can get a new one at NAPA or Auto Zone - John

Also check out (and cleanif necessary) all terminal connections. By the way, what part of FL are you in? I'm in Miami...

Thanx guys! I will check into the resistor. If that isn't it, can you just change the blower switch on the switch panel? I am in New Port Richey Florida. About half hour from Clearwater St. Pete, 15 minutes from Tarpon Springs.
Seems like a great group here.

Later man
Mike
