It's real fun when an engine mount decides to let go and the whole Z-bar and everything comes out.
Rebuild kits are available in most Jeep catalogs. The actual bar and pivots may be worn out also, so check them too. If interested, there are several upgrades you can do to the factory linkage. Do a web search and you should find lots of stuff about it.

Mine came apart and it turned out that the whole thing was just worn out. I replaced it with a kit from www.4wd.com
