How difficult is it to get gauges in cj cluster to work with my 1991 model

Yours is all electrical. Some people have done it but the speedometer is the worst part. The cj gauges are easy, minus that speedo since your speedo sensor is electronic.

I have a cj dash that matches your paint exactly in my shed.

'91 might be a cross-over year between the mechanical speedo and electronic speedo. '91 usually had a combo sending unit for the speedometer, a cable to speedo and a wiring harness for the ECM. If yours is electronic only it shouldn't be hard to find the combo sending unit to run a mechanical CJ speedo.

The fuel gauge sending units send different signals too. Don't remember right of the top of my head what they are but a web search should bring it up.

Yeah I knew the fuel gauge would work backwards. Mine has the combo for speed sensor
