dana 44 disc brake swap

does anybody know if i can put the knuckles out off of a 85 dodge dana 44 on a 74 ford dana 44 front axle housing? the ford axle is high pinion but has drum brakes and i also have a 85 dodge with disc i want to swap on. that setup with a 9 inch rear i also have will be freaking sweet with a spring over.

Don't remember if that model is open knuckle but if it is they it should swap over. There were some odd ball kingpin 44s but that shouldn't be one. I ran Chevy knuckles and outers on my old waggy 44 without issue and they are the same size as my current 78 Ford 44.
