How much to regear?

A few weeks ago I posted about having some 33x12.5 tires that are practically brand new. I asked about putting them on my 02 Wrangler w/ 6 cylinder and auto trans, and a 2" spacer lift. The problem is that I have 3.07 gears. At first I didn't think I wanted to regear, but now I'm thinking I would be willing to regear if it didn't cost too much. Can someone advise where to buy gears? Where to get it done? I'm in sales so I'm on the highway alot on my Jeep. I definitely don't think I would want to go more than 3.73's.

Consider shopping around for some used TJ axles from a 4cylinder Wrangler, the 2.5L auto has 3.73 gears and the 2.5L 5spd has 4.10 gears. Some 4.0L Wranglers also have 3.73 gears. Will most likely be cheaper than regearing.

I would go with 4.10 to get the most for your money, 3.07 to 3.73 isn't much of a change. Going a tad lower will help account for the added tire mass as well as the added circumference.
