I lowered my Jeep!

Yeah, I swapped out my 1.25" lift shackles for my homemade .5" lift shackles this weekend. What? Did you think I mean "lowered" as in ricer level? Right.

It's only a .75" difference but I have notice less vibes and my steering is a little more responsive. The 33's still have ample clearance. Got to go see if the rears still hit the frame now. I'll let ya know.

lol... that was my trick to get you to read my post... hee hee. I really posted it because I didn't think it would make that big of a difference, but it did and wanted all others out there with long shackles to think about the switch too. They were nice to clear 31's when I had stock springs, but with 4" lift springs AND 1.25" lift shackles, it was too much.

i havent lifted mine, if it goes anylower the tires will tear out the wheel wells
