Jeep App Idea

I have an idea for an app for Jeepers. Would like some feedback. If you could download an app (for Android or iPhone) that could:

Date and time stamp each entry
scan receipts
Sync with your odometer via Bluetooth (or manually depending on your vehicle)
Ability To add photos of mods/changes
Calculate fuel efficiency
Add custom notes/info
Multiple vehicles
Set reminders (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.)
Share with friends
Backup to PC or cloud service like Dropbox, Google Drive or Box
Scan glovebox docs like registration, insurance, title, etc.?
Get monthly expense summary
Save off-roads, trails visited
Add locations to visit, and map those routes (even cache offline)

Couple questions:

1. Would you be interested in downloading it?
2. What would you think is a fair price for it (ad free of course)?
3. Any additional functions/features you'd like to see?

trying to be everything, generally leads to failure, and the ability to do nothing. Select the three of these functions that are the most practical and build it. Work all the bugs out, and take it from there. Add one extra function at a time, and debug before adding anything else. And always keep an eye to practicality. For example, while it would be nice to check registration on your Android, you are still required to keep the current registration IN the vehicle, so that could just be a lipstick on a pig function that could lead to problems where records on fuel efficiency and mods would be more practical
