jeep not starting, possible fuel delivery issues

I keep looking for a schrader valve to perform a fuel system pressure test on my 2004 jeep wrangler rubicon. It will not start, after hitting it with some starter fluid, it tried to fire, indicating I have spark. Of course I already replaced the coil pack, crank position sensor. There are no current codes on the ECM, I have also replaced the fuel pump relay. I kind of hear the pump kick on when keying the ignition, but can not find a port to test fuel pressure. I want to check this before investing in a new fuel pump. Can anyone help

it should be on the fuel rail near the intake somewhere

I can confirm there is no schrader valve on the fuel rail. I was doing some additional research and found out there is an adapter fitting you can purchase that plugs inline between the fuel rail and injectors which has a fitting for fuel pressure hose. I guess I am going shopping to ensure the fuel pump is the issue.
