Leaking Soft Top

I have a 2008 jeep wrangler 2 dr soft top that leaks along both doors onto the door handles that eventually saturates the carpet and the seat if left in the rain very long. I have taken it back to the dealer five times and they have replaced the header seal and foam kits twice. Ihave tried myself to find the leak. Anyone have any Ideas, thoughts or suggestions.

If the dealer can't find it while looking at the jeep, I'm sure we can't help from behind a PC. I haven't heard of any other JK's having that problem. Maybe try a different dealer, make sure their leak specialist is looking at it.

I had a leak on my work car, and they had me bring it in on a certain day when their specialist would be there. I think they sub-contracted that out. Guy ran a hose over the car and adjusted doors as needed. Very good at tracing water paths even after they were dry.

Do you have your mucket seals in place? Mine leaked because they were missing from the factory. You can get them here.

When I replaced the Supertop on my ole Renegade, the instructions advise that one would have to 'bow' the doors of the soft top to ensure seal. (Bending the door frame). Best of luck
