Lots of issues

Well the last few days my jeep yj has really gone downhill.
1. Crawled under there and transmission fluid was on the back driveshaft and the underside of the tub. I've know it was leaking for a while and i just make sure it doesn't run out of fluid but since the lift i think it's been gettin worse. When i let out on the gas or push in the clutch at higher speeds it sounds like water is running under my feet. And it's coming from what seems to be right under my shifter.
2. Transmission is still acting up making a whining noise but i already posted a thread and from what ya'll said more than likely my throw out bearing.
3. Starting is becoming a problem. 2 days ago she started and ran like a champ. Now she only starts 25% of the time. The starter is fairly new and has lifetime warranty on it so i'm really hoping that's it but could be the flywheel. Someone told me the clutch issue could damage the flywheel?
4. Last and hopefully least there is a clicking noise(well not really clicking but the best i can describe it as) coming from the engine. If you go behind the jeep you can hear it in the exhaust too.
I'm sure there's more but i just got off work and i've been cooking all night so i can't think straight. I don't know where to look for some of these problems and others i just have guesses so i'll see what ya'll have to say. Thanks in advance.

Disheartened, Matt

hhhhmmmm....

I don't think I would drive it until I looked at the clutch...

With the problems you described, it's an outside possibility that your flywheel is coming loose from the engine.

Well i can pin one of the noises and possibly the high idling problem at startup to my catalytic converter. Dorivin came up to my work and we went wheeling and figured that one out. So that leaves the transmission leak, the noise from my transmission that goes away when i touch the clutch, and the starting problem(started first try everytime today:???: ).
