Popping noise when I turn left

1996jeep

New member
Hey, new to forum..

Whenever I turn left, I get this "popping" noise front the front left side of my jeep. Happens over bumps, and turning left...anybody know what it is?

It's a 96 Cherokee sport

Thanks

Not the u joints on your drive shafts

the U Joint inside your knuckles on the front diff:shades:

I don't have the car smarts like you guys do. Where is the knuckle on the front diff...for the u-joint?

Thanks for the incite..when I know more I will get back to u

Mine does that, it is slop on the bottom sway bar mounting bolt. It is the star headed bolt that is pressed in at the bottom sway bar mount. Mine has slop in it where it is pressed into the mount. Been driving it like that for a year now.

I'm not real car savvy..you should take a picture of where that would be on the sway bar

Does the Jeep shake or anything on the highway?
