my rear leafs sag really bad, and i dont have any $$ at the moment to get a lift. would removing my fender flares give me a little more clearance til i can get a lift? if i do, will i be able to put them back on (im not gonna ruin them by removing them will i?) and should i get some kind of trim piece to put of the metal edge to prevent rust? i'd probably get some of that mexi bling bling trim and just paint it black and throw it on there

Not really, you won't gain all that much, maybe a 1/8 of a ich. the outside portion of tyhe XJ flare is just above the metal.

well all they're rubbing on is the flares i think, they're fairly wide, and the inside of the flare is all cut up from the tire.

Couldnt you do a temporary block lift?

re-arching your springs, or addaleafs are some lower expensive options , compared to lifting

yea i was going for something cheap/free if im gonna spend the $$ its gonna be a real lift with new rear leafs
