Unknown Electrical Connectors

Hey so I am putting my 4.2 st 6 back together after taking the carb off and have two connectors one is a two pin red and yellow right above the carb along with a single pin connector with a purple wire running to it also above the carb.

Cant really find any open connectors so I am a little confused to where they go.

Is that the stock carb? If you have a camera, upload some photos.

Perhaps an electric choke?
