What shocks are the best to replace OEMs?

I am thinking about putting on some better, new shocks. 95 Yj, 4cyl, 31x10.50 tires. What shocks do ya'll recommend? Are Ranchos the best?, if so which ones?

Get Doetsch-Tech 3000's or Rusty's Hydros if you want a smooth ride, both shocks run about $30 each. Stay away from harsh riding gas-charged shocks like the Rancho RS5000 and ProComp ES3000.
