My slave cylinder is faulty, and i need to order i new one. But what i've found out is that there are two different transmissions that are put into jeeps?...

how do i findout which slave cylinder i need to order?

there will either be a puegoe (which the case splits in half down the middle)
or the other is a ax-something (which splits in sections around the body of the transmission)

'89 2.5L uses the AX5 with the internal clutch slave.

The AX5 was the only manual transmission used behind the YJ 4banger.
