Jeep Wrangler will not start

I have a 1998 Jeep Wrangler, 4 cylinder. The Jeep would not start, turned over well, but acted like it was not getting fuel. Replaced the fuel pump thinking it was bad. This did not fix the issue. Fuel is getting to the engine. I am not sure where to go from here.

Fuel, air, spark.
Need all three to start.
Is it even trying or just cranks without any sign of starting.

Any codes? Borrow a code reader and check for codes.
Fuel pressure?
Strong battery?
Check for spark. You could borrow a tester or buy one.

Did you do any work lately?

Will it start in neutral or if you move the shifter forward or back?
