what was it that pluged your fuel screen up ? did you drain and clean out the fuel tank and replace the fuel filter. Could be just a pluged up fuel system thats starving the engine for fuel when you give it gas. I would go over the fuel system first ! drain and clean out the tank and then blow...

It may be the neutral saftey switch this lets the car start only when its in neutral or park move the shifter to neutral and try starting it next time. also I dont know if your jeep has it but there might be a switch on the brake also witch meens you might have to have the brake push to get it...

maybee a freez plug on the side of the motor or the water pump and its running down to the oil pan. you need to realy get under it and start looking.

if your gas cap is not sealing right thats what happenes the emisions lite comes on. Change the gas cap there cheap and then reset the system see what happens if the light comes back on check the charcoal canister make shure its working but most of the time its a bad cap

yeh found the owners manual on line got all the info i needed but now I cant get the trany filter for it no one carries it. Pep boys and advaced auto both show it in stock but dont have any but hey we can order it should have it next thursday. looks like ill have to check with the dealer on...

Got a used 04 tj and theres no owners manual :( would like to have one any body no were to buy them, I need to change the auto trans filter and fluid and have no idea what fluid to get???. Im going to hit a bone yard next week see if I can dig one up there but thats a crap shoot.
