I got a new problem..

After the i have driven 40 miles or so on the highway, and you come to a complete stop. If you release the brake to take off the car feels like it surges ( a slight shake almost like a slip). Any thoughts?

I have a simalar problem but it only happens when the fuel is below a half tank.

Are we talking about a manual or automatic jeep? Both my manual jeeps have done it. Kinda feels like the clutch is slipping. I just assumed it was a jeep thing.
