Jeepers creepers!
Is it possible to make my own hole for the crank position sensor on the 89
5spd without cracking the bell housing. I've seen a picture some wehere here but I can't find it anymore. That person did and I would like to know how.
Also, will I need to remove the dash to excess any wiring to swap the 4.2L
for the 4.0L? I've never done an engine swap on a I6 before. Tips and tricks would be great! Thank you:bomb:

The 91 is an auto and that's way too much crap to change over.
I want to keep the 5spd in the 89 to avoid the pedals, hole in the floor and changing the good rad that's in it. Plus the colum shift linkage is worn to hell.
The way it is now its just easier for me to keep the 5spd. If its even possible to make my own hole for the crank sensor.

Thanks for the tips I'll price out the differences of the two.
Keep up the good work filling up hell!!:bomb:
