i know this is probably a stupid question.... but when im in 4wd and i try to make hard tuns....exe. a uturn the wheel wants to jerk back straight and i was just wondering if that was normal?

It's normal but it happens on hard surfaces that you likely don't need 4wd for. It's hard on parts causing all that unnecessary binding.

i've expeiences this on soft surfaces too, sometimes the U-joints on the axle will bind at a high angle, try turning the wheel back toward center just a tad.... see if it helps.

well i was making a u turn on a hard road it was at the end of the trail i was on..... so i was turning around to go back to where i came from so i could get back to where i left my buddy causehe was scared to ride with me on a paticular stretch of this trail.

it is normal if you are on a hard surface... and if you are on loose surfaces, it can be from the ujoint bind... both are normal... i refrain from cranking the wheel all the way when in 4wd
