I hadn't messed with the E-Brake tension in the past as I didn't get a chance to until yesterday. I still need to tighten the cable a little more, then re-adjust the rear drum stars. Hopefully with a little more tweaking, I can finally put down the Goody Powder!

I believe I would adjust the drum stars FIRST, as this will most likely affect the tension on the ebrake cable. I've always adjusted them with the wheels off the ground - run 'em in until they scrape, then back 'em off a touch.
