Clutch

Yup, I broke it. It just flops. I can see where it broke from the wheel-well. What is this? It looks to me like there was a pin there that broke. I don't enough to use the proper mechanical wording but have I described a common break with hopefully an easy fix?

Can you post a pic? Describe what is around this part?

Doesn't sound like a clutch, that's in the bellhousing behind the engine.

Does this help? It seems to be some type of linkage

Yes it can be replaced. That section where the clutch pedal is linked to is called a bellcrank. The part that broke is a bellcrank pivot ball. You can find that part from Quadratec, 4WD hardware or you can ask one of our Vendors here and you might get a discount.

I found it, thanks! To whoever is running this site, thank you too! This is a great thing and I appreciate you all who take time to help the less Jeep wise folks like myself. This is a great place.
